How to know full specifications of your system

You use your Desktop or Laptop daily. But how many of you really know whats your system specifications..? But most of us don't know about it fully. So here's how you know it.

• Go to Run ( Start + R)
• type "dxdiag" without quotes and hit enter.
• Now you will see a dialogue box which contains full system information with includes
  $$   System Information which has
            - Current Date/Time
            - Computer Name
            - Operating System
            - Language
            - System Manufacturer
            - Bios
            - Processor
            - Memory
            - Page files
            - DirectX Version
  $$     Display Information which has
            - Name of your Graphical Chip
            - Manufacturer
            - Chip Type
            - DAC Type
            - Approx. Total Graphical Memory
            - Current Display Mode
            - Monitor
  $$     Sound Drivers Details
            - Hardware Name
            - Hardware ID
            - Product ID
            - Manufacturer ID
            - Default Device
